We’re in the final stretch of 2019, and for many people, now is the time to reflect on the year and begin making plans for the next. De-cluttering and organizing your space is a great place to start when beginning a personal transformation. Beyond just purging closets and cabinets, designating specific spaces for your belongings and keeping up with your household chores requires accountability and habit building– both of which are major factors in recovery. 
  4. Dedicate daily time for yourself: it’s easy to get swept up in external responsibilities and obligations, especially during the holidays. Getting into the habit of spending time each day regrouping and self-checking is a good habit to take into your future.
