As the Chief Operating Officer of Harbor Village, Mike Boland is responsible for providing clients and staff continual support and supervision for smooth recovery. In the event of an emergency Mike Boland springs into action to de-escalate conflicts, ensuring client safety and security. Boland is responsible for coordinating facility events and outings for a well-rounded recovery experience.
