Christopher Bailey
Chris D. Bailey, Ph.D., is the Executive Director at Harbor Village. A well-versed healthcare professional, holding double master’s degrees in counseling psychology and management and leadership, and a doctoral degree in business management. Chris has over 25 years of clinical experience in delivery and providing oversight of addiction and mental health treatment services in various environments, including outpatient, psychosocial rehabilitative, partial hospitalization, residential, and inpatient settings. Chris was a former collegiate 4-year starting cornerback.
