Is my family allowed to visit me in treatment? May I receive mail or emails?
Family members are permitted to see clients during visiting days. Calling schedules for frequent communication with loved ones is planned ahead, and available. We understand connecting with loved ones during treatment can be a tremendous source of comfort and additional support. Family members are welcome to participate in family therapy. This is optional, but many clients find family therapy helpful in their long-term recovery. If you receive mail, deliveries and letters are held by our staff and released to you upon discharge. In the case of sending and receiving emails, internet time is limited during rehabilitation. It may be possible to send an email. However, internet time is monitored.
